Tax Certificates Online

The District of Hope now offers online tax certificate requests through Tax Certificates Online (TCOL), a service operated by Access Point Information Canada Ltd. (APIC). TCOL allows users to request and pay for tax certificates online by credit card.

Registering with APIC & Requesting Your Tax Certificate

  1. Visit APIC at www.apicanada.com
  2. Register for a free APIC account, or sign in if you already have one
  3. Select Services > TCOL
  4. Search using the property’s PID, or select Alternate Search to find by PID, roll number or mobile home registry number
  5. Authorize the purchase and complete payment by credit card
  6. Once processed, your tax certificate will be available in your APIC account and emailed to you

Searching for a Property
For most properties in British Columbia, the easiest option is the PID Search. If the property is newly created, recently subdivided, or the PID search does not work, use the Alternate Search option and select the appropriate tax authority.

After You Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your completed tax certificate attached. You can also log in to your APIC account to view your purchase history, download your tax certificate, and access your receipt.
