Council

Mayor and Council for the District of Hope meet at the District's Town Hall conveniently located at the corner of Wallace Street and Third Avenue. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday exclusive of Statutory holidays.

Regular Council Meetings are held and second and fourth Monday each month. If a statutory holiday falls on the weekend, District Hall will be closed on the Monday and a schedule Council meeting will be held on the Tuesday. Any and all amendments to the Council meeting schedule will be posted on the District of Hope Council Bulletin Board and on the our website.

The office is equipped with a wheel chair lift to accommodate residents and visitors with physical challenges.
