Emergency Management

Emergencies can happen with little warning. Whether it's wildfire, flooding, extreme heat, severe weather, or another emergency, being prepared helps protect people, property, and our community.

Emergency Management is a shared responsibility. The District of Hope works closely with emergency responders, community organizations, neighbouring First Nations, provincial agencies, and residents to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.

This section provides information, resources, and tools to help residents stay informed, prepare for emergencies, and access support when it is needed most.
