Commercial applicants are individuals, businesses, organizations, or other entities requesting access to records for commercial or profit-generating purposes. Commercial purposes may include activities related to a trade, business, profession, or other venture intended to generate revenue or support commercial interests.

Requests made for commercial purposes may be subject to additional fees to recover the actual costs associated with locating, retrieving, reviewing, and providing the requested records. Any applicable fees will be communicated to the applicant before processing proceeds.
