The District of Hope’s annual property tax sale takes place:
📅 Monday, Sept. 29, 2025 at 10:00 am
📍 Council Chambers, 325 Wallace Street
🏠 Properties with unpaid taxes from 2023 will be auctioned to the highest bidder.
💵 Important for bidders:
✔️You must have at least the upset price ready to pay immediately at the time of bidding by cash, certified cheque, or bank draft.
✔️Any balance owing must be paid the same day by 3:00 pm (cash, debit, certified cheque, or bank draft).
