September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day.

This day honours the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, their families, and communities. Public commemoration of this history is a vital part of the reconciliation process.

🧡 Wear orange on September 30 to show that Every Child Matters.

📍 Please note: District of Hope offices will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 30 for this federal statutory holiday.
